Blow Out

Includes wash, round brush blow dry with rollers/pin curls and hot tools to finish as needed. A look that could make 90’s supermodels jealous!

Upstyling

$90+

Arrive to your appointment with clean, blow dried hair and let me work my magic! Upstyle refers to any hairstyle that involves securing the hair, including braids, buns, ponytails and “half up, half down”.

Signature Highlights

Partial $150+, Full $180+

Signature highlight packages include foil highlights, and one additional color formula (gloss/toner, root retouch, or lowlights) and a haircut+ express blow dry

Custom Highlight

Partial $180+, Full $210+

Also known as “Balayage” or “Lived in color”. This service is designed to provide a blended look and grow out seamlessly.

Custom highlight packages include specialty highlighting techniques, and up to 2 additional color formulas (gloss/toner, root retouch, or lowlights) and a haircut+ express blow dry

Color Transformation

$110/hr (3 hour minimum)

This is for those looking to make a BIG change (color correction), or with a complicated color history! Hourly pricing allows me the flexibility to mix and match techniques as needed to help you get to your end goal. *virtual or in person consultation required before booking

Root Retouch

Covers gray roots (up to 2”) includes haircut and express blow dry

All Over Color

Single color formula applied roots to ends, and an express blow dry

Gloss Refresh

$105

Extend the life of your highlights or color with a quick refresh! 2 custom shades of gloss, to bust brassiness and blend in any regrowth lines. Includes haircut and express blow dry.

About the Space:

I work as an independent stylist inside the Arlington Hair Shop. All stylists in the shop have their own unique booking process, scheduling, payment processing and prices.

The Arlington Hair Shop is a building which was once a residential home but has been converted for use as a salon space. We love embracing the buildings vintage charm, with fun and eclectic design elements unique to each room and styling station.

My styling station is located in an upstairs room, full of natural light, with a cozy and private feeling. All styling and color services take place in the room, but please be aware that the shampoo bowls are located downstairs in a shared space. Please be prepared to take a few trips up and down the stairs to the shampoo bowls as needed throughout your service.

Salon amenities include wifi, free parking (parking lot or on the street), non alcoholic beverages, and snacks.

Need to work remotely during your color appointment? No problem!

Guest policy: I prefer that clients come to their appointments alone. If you need to bring someone along, limit one guest over the age of 12 years old. This helps keep our appointments focused on you, and ensures everyones safety!

  • My pricing is designed to accomodate most guests with a variety of lengths and textures.

    In some cases, there will be a small fee for additional product use and longer application time.

    If this applies to you, I will discuss it with you during consultation and ensure you know what to expect before beginning the service.

  • A blowout refers to drying the hair while smoothing and adding in extra volume and curl using just the blow dryer and brush, and finished with minimal use of hot tools like curling irons or flat irons.

    This technique takes a little extra time but allows for maximum style longevity. This is a great option to treat yourself, or for times where you need your style to last a few extra days between shampoos!

    An express round brush blow dry is a technique of drying the hair that will still leave it smooth and shiny, but takes fewer steps and a little less time. This style does not include using a curling iron or flat iron.

    The end result is a little bit more straight, think of this as a classic “every day” style.

  • To put it simply, the blowout technique takes more time.

    A haircut and express round brush blow dry takes approximately 45 minutes total, while a blowout takes up to 60.

    Blowouts include a double shampoo, adding rollers or pin curls for extra volume, and finishing work with a curling iron of flat iron if desired

    Think of booking a blowout as an opportunity for 60 minutes of pampering and self care, and leaving with fabulous hair is an added bonus!

    Choosing a haircut or blowout is probably self explanatory, but for color appointments here’s how it works-

    After clicking “book now” you’ll select “New client color”.

    From there, you’ll choose an appointment time, and then will receive a short question form to fill out. Once I get your answers, I will reach out to help you understand which service is best for you so you know what to expect at your appointment!

  • The short answer to all of these questions is no!

    If you’re looking for any of these things I’d be happy to refer you to another artist in our salon who can better serve you!

    I take pride in offering only services and techniques that I have extensive training in and feel most confident providing.

    I consistently invest in continuing education (far beyond the requirements for my licensing) for the services I do offer, and feel like offering services I am not 100% confident and comfortable providing would not be in the best interest of me or my clients.
